- 01As a rule, the CHF 9.50 for digital work preparation only applies if the order results in an invoice of more than CHF 90.

- 05Not all property managers use the charge. The display in the order (status box) is always decisive: whether the digital work preparation is charged — and whether the property manager allows passing it on transparently in your invoice (then recommended as a material line item).

How it works
In four steps.

Receive the order
You’re notified of a new order.
- 2
Open the order
Opening it confirms receipt and takes on the order. If you don’t carry it out, close it right away via «Close order…» — so no order is left behind.

Carry out the work
You do the work as usual.
- 4
Set the completion status
You state whether the order was fully done, partly done or not resolved.

The digital work preparation — CHF 9.50 (plus VAT) — is, as a rule, only charged when an order results in an invoice of more than CHF 90. No charge for:
- warranty work
- work under a service contract
- quote requests
- orders without a subsequent invoice
- invoices up to CHF 90
- combined work or invoices
- orders from property managers that have not activated the charge
The display in the order (status box) is decisive. Important: select the corresponding option under “Invoicing” when closing the order.
